G-Spot Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, and protected when you use our mobile game Merge Universe and related services (the “Services”).

2.1. Google Play Games Services (Optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, Google may provide:
- Player ID;
- Google Play Games profile name;
- Profile avatar;
- Cloud Save data (Saved Games);
- Leaderboard and achievements data.
Cloud Save functionality stores game-related metadata (such as progress, selected appearance, scores, achievements) within Google Play Games services. We do not independently access or store this data outside Google’s infrastructure.
2.2. Local Game Data
Gameplay progress, settings, inventory, boosters, in-game currency and other game-related information are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us unless you explicitly use Google Play Games Cloud Save.
2.3. Device and Technical Data
Google SDKs integrated into the game (including Google Play Services and Google AdMob) may automatically collect:
- device model;
- operating system version;
- system language;
- time zone;
- IP address (for region detection and fraud prevention);
- Google Advertising ID;
- crash logs and diagnostic data.
Such information is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
2.4. Advertising and Consent
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region and privacy choices.
In regions where required (such as the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage user consent for advertising and data processing.
You may modify your advertising preferences at any time through:
- your device’s advertising settings;
- Google account privacy settings;
- in-app privacy options (if available in your region).
2.5. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store payment details such as card numbers or billing addresses.

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and any information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request.
3. How We Use Information
Information described above is used to:
- operate and improve the game and its features;
- enable optional Google Play Games functionality;
- display ads and measure ad performance via Google AdMob;
- diagnose crashes and technical issues;
- improve stability, security and overall experience;
- respond to support inquiries.
4. Sharing Information
Data may be processed by the following service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering Services:
- Google Play Services (including Google Play Games);
- Google AdMob;
- Google Play Billing;
- Google User Messaging Platform (for consent management).
We do not sell personal data and do not share data with unrelated third parties.
5. Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Google Play Games, AdMob, and Google Play Billing retain and process data according to Google’s own policies.
6. Children’s Privacy
The game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe data from a child has been collected, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
7. Your Rights and Privacy Choices
- You may delete local data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
- You may disconnect Google Play Games via your Google account.
- You may manage or delete Google Play Games data using Google’s privacy tools.
- You may reset or limit ad personalization in device settings.
- You may withdraw consent for personalized ads where applicable.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the game after updates means acceptance of the revised Policy.
